You can either ask a question or send over a short clip and I will respond with a short video (minimum 2 minutes) giving you professional guidance. If I feel the question is too vague or needs some tweaking before I respond I will let you know.
I stand by all of the answers I provide to you and make every effort to make my responses concise, clear, and in line with your skill level. For this reason, I will let you know if the question you ask is a little too broad and will respond with a prompt to help you narrow down the question being asked.
If you need a little extra clarity I will provide one text response to any follow up questions you may have. To receive another video you will have to purchase another question, or consider having an online lesson to help clear up any issues you may be having with your playing.
If a question is irrelevant to guitar playing or music in general, you will receive a refund with no video response. Relevant questions I have answered with a video response are non-refundable.
